Download the set you want, extract form the .zip then right click on the soundest file, ‘Show Package Contents’ (Sorry windows users - I haven’t done my homework no idea what you guys do here…)

Ta-da! Sound files!!! Pre-trimmed to appropriate lengths! Click and drag them out to your desktop for easy findings.

What’s next? Create ringtones with garage band.

(If the sound files you got from Adium were not in the correct format, just use iTunes to convert it to an MP3)
